- The skating rink is operated by the professional crew members of Acrew Kft. and is located in the Hungarian Museum of Natural History.
- By entering the area of the skating rink, users of the skating rink accept and consider the regulations and safety rules of the skating rink binding for themselves and their minor relatives and acknowledge that they may be forced to leave the skating rink if they break them.
- Everyone can use the skating rink at their own risk, which must be declared before use. The Hungarian Natural History Museum and Acrew Kft., which operates the skating rink, do not assume responsibility for any personal or material damage on the skating rink.
- Entering the skating rink in street shoes is dangerous and strictly forbidden.
- Skates outside the rink may only be used on the designated rubber surface.
- Gloves must be worn while skating.
- The skating rink can be used according to its intended purpose within the framework of the permitted number of people. For safety reasons, skaters must skate in accordance with the designated direction of movement and look out for each other's physical safety. Any accidents or injuries must be immediately reported to the rink guard.
- Persons under the age of 8 can only use the skating rink under parental supervision.
- It is forbidden to eat, drink, smoke, use flammable or pyrotechnic devices on the skating rink.
- A person who intentionally causes damage in the skating rink must compensate for the damage caused.
- The rink guard may exclude a person who exhibits dangerous behaviour for others or themselves from using the rink.
- We are not responsible for valuables left on the skating rink and its surroundings. Skaters can store their valuables in the 100 HUF coin-operated lockers next to the cloakroom.
- Visitors to the skating rink accept that the Hungarian Natural History Museum may make and publish pictures and audio recordings on its website and social media platforms, and that they may appear as visitors in promotions of the skating rink but may not make any claims against the Hungarian Natural History Museum.
